Cancellation / Payment Policy

A secure non-refundable credit card deposit of $250.00 is required to process your registration. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Rates are per person and include workshop, five nights lodging, and meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening and continuing through lunch on Friday. All meals are served family buffet-style. Transportation costs are not included and are the responsibility of attendees.

FALL WORKSHOPS
Balance in full is due by Friday, August 7, 2026.
Invoices will emailed in mid-July for any balance due. Registrations beginning Friday, July 31, 2025, require immediate payment in full, of which $250 is non-refundable. Pay your balance-due by check (versus a credit card) at any time prior to Friday, August 7, 2026 and deduct $75.00. There are no refunds for cancellations after Friday, August 14, 2026. Paid registrations may be transferred to another person.
