Cancellation / Payment Policy

A secure non-refundable credit card deposit of $250.00 is required to process your registration. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Rates are per person and include workshop, five nights lodging, and meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening and continuing through lunch on Friday. All meals are served buffet-style. Transportation costs are not included and are the responsibility of attendees.

FALL WORKSHOPS
Balance for fall workshops is due by Friday, August 1, 2025.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required with registration. Invoices for the balance will be emailed Friday, May 2, 2025. Pay your balance by check (versus a credit card) at any time prior to Friday, August 1, 2025 and deduct $75.00. Registrations after Tuesday, July 1, 2025, require immediate payment in full and are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations after Friday, July 1, 2025. Paid registrations may be transferred to another person. $75 discount is not applicable for day student rate.
